Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Orders within the United States ship via USPS/UPS.
- Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Standard Shipping (US): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
- Express Shipping (US): Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
- Free shipping may be available during promotions (details will be listed on our site).
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours.
Delivery Time
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and courier services.
- During busy seasons (like holidays), orders may take longer to arrive
Order Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- MOZI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number is issued.
- If this happens, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
